Has there been any speculation about the bike riding Drive from the first episode?

I'm betting he became either belt-san or Chaser.

Kamen Rider Mach seems cool though. Bike riding, scarf-donned Masked Rider of Justice who... is kind of like Signalman? Still assuming it's Mashin Chaser.

Chase will evolve when Drive gets stronger, his eternal rival.
