It’s probably because at the start they didn’t include a body for every upgrade so they divided it.

Yeah it kind of evolved into that format after Build was so popular. Build suits divide a lot nicer into half-body parts for each box so you can mix and match.


Zi-O and the armor change gimmick would fit conceptually, but it really ended up feeling like it was 2 boxes to every suit, rather than 1 base suit with armor you could swap out.

I mean, ahem, we have SHODO news! Along with a great set of photos on the latest SHODO-Outsider set (A Gurongi (sorry I don't know in particular!), Delta, General Jark, Kick Hopper and Punch Hopper...









We have Wave 4 news! And if the image at the top of the page didn't tip you off, it's time for Round Zero - Brave Blade! All my favourites are here. Well, two of them.

Chalice! With removable Chalice Rouzer for his waist that you can slot into the bow!


Tachibana-San, with gun in both cards spalyed out, and not modes


Meanwhile, to go with the recently revealed Kabuto, we have an obvious redeco: Dark Kabuto! By the looks of it, they're also doing his Gun/Dagger/Axe weapon in all its forms.


And a Generic Worm!


We're also rounding out the In-Show Faiz riders with a Riotrooper! Coming with both gun and sword versions of the weapon (probably in an expansion set, but you take what you can get!)


And finally, to keep us on the early-Heisei Kick, we have G4! Considering they already have the mold from G3-X, it makes sense!
