I suppose it aired after Super Hero Taisen, since after the Precure movie there was a musical contest where they were giving away Doraemon trophies and then some sort of food show.

Even if no one subs it, Over-Time will probably still upload the RAW. They've done that with things they've had no plans to sub before.
