I finished the Parts 1 through 7 Story Modes in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle. The Story Modes were sadly a bit lackluster, trying to retell the stories of their Parts from the manga, instead of the crossover I was hoping for even if I wouldn't have known enough Japanese to understand it. The worst offender by far is Part 5, in which 2 of the 5 playable character from it don't even appear and the final fight gives Giorno Gold Experience Requiem for the entire fight, thus making it near impossible to lose(he normally only gets it for a limited time). It's also tied for the shortest along with 6, both only having 3 fights.

Overall though, the game has been really enjoyable. There's lots of references to the manga, and the gameplay itself is pretty fun. It's just been really enjoyable for me, I plan on trying to get the rest of the DLC as it comes out, and will work on unlocking more costumes and finishing the Part 8 and DLC stories next.

So I went out and bought another copy of MH3U on 3DS after I lost kine in Chicago. I did the save data back up and I'm still in business! I tried fighting a G rank Pink Rathian last night and I got my ass kicked. I prepared better and tried again and am doing a hell of a lot better. I haven't played the game since July but I still remember the attacks of the Pink Rathian.
