RahXephon is my most hated anime of all time. I remember renting it from Netflix in High School and I give up after episode 3. It was boring, confusing and trying to deep. I think it's artsy and deep when it's not. I could not sit through any of it at all. The animation is fantastic, but has nothing of substance to offer. Just sitting through any episode would put me to sleep. Everything really drags and felt so convoluted. I had no idea what the hell was going on in the first episode. The first three episodes alone was a chore to watch and I refuse to watch the rest of the show.
RahXephon, Kiss x Sis, Genesis of Aquarion and Skelter+Heaven are the worst anime that I've ever seen in my opinion. Transformers: Energon, Kimera and Doomed Megalopolis are pretty close though. Edit: I did watch three short animes at my friends house earlier last night. I saw Ragnorak, Robot on the Road, Bureau of Proto Society. All three are enjoyable and Robot on the Road was my favorite out all three of them. ![]() BTW Rahxephon is a Brave Reideen homage not an Eva copy according to it's director. |

Depends on the harem anime. I didn't mind harem like Ouran High School Host Club. Most bad anime that I've seen are bad, but not god awful. There is bad anime that are enjoyable for being so bad.

Call Me Tonight - I saw this anime a few nights ago and it was decent. I had no idea what I was going into it before I saw this anime. The anime is about a guy that turns into a tentacle monster whenever he masturbates or gets turn on by other hot women. This anime sounds like a hentai when it's not. There is no sex, rape and the violence is pretty tame. This anime is like a PG-13 version of Legend of the Overfiend. This anime has a lot of funny moments and random humor that give me a good laugh. The animation is pretty good for it's time and the art style does remind me a bit of Bubblegum Crisis. Like most short one-shot anime, the anime is lacking in character development and needs a stronger plot. However this anime was still a fun anime. If you are into retro anime, give it a watch. Call Me Tonight is pretty hilarious and original for its time. Grade: C
I plan to catch up with Akame Ga Kill and watch Detonator Orgun. I still need to finish One Punch Man too. Last edited by Guyver Spawn; 01-21-2016 at 07:34 PM.. |

Started watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It had a slow start but I'm really enjoying it. I'm at episode 16 at the moment and I cant wait to find out what happens next. I really like Ed and Al, they are fun characters with just the right amount of seriousness. I also really like the mythology of that world.

I like FMA: BH, but I never finish it when it was airing on Adult Swim. It's a good show, but I hate how the fans hate the 2003 series for not being faithful to the manga. Since BH came out, the fans jump on the bandwagon. It's a still a good TV series as a stand alone series in my opinion.

I think it's worth checking out to see the differences between the two. If you finish Brotherhood then check out the original TV series. I view it the same as the original Hellsing TV series. Not 100% faithful, but still a decent show on it's own.

They both have their strengths and weaknesses. The 2003 series starts off fantastically (better than Brotherhood in some areas), but that ending butchered a lot of characters that are great in the manga/Brotherhood and it (along with Conqueror of Shamballa) are pretty ridiculous.

Started watching 7 Deadly Sins. It's... alright I guess. Need to give it more time than just the two episodes I watched.

So I finished Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and I really liked it. The show was hella fun. I liked the whole mythology with the Philosophers Stone, the Humuncoli etc. I was also really gald that the show left some things open for you as the viewer to interpret. I dont really like when shows like this answer every single question and thus losing all of the mystery that made it fun to begin with.
