Ours is being teased as an origin in a winter crossover movie. I suppose that they will mark the friendship / end of the enmity of Geats with one of his riders, so that later the protagonist will be hurt by the loss of a friend.

Honestly the teaser trailer for the winter movie has just made this suit grow on me more... I'm very curious what the other riders in this show will look like, especially if they all have the same basic undersuit just with different armour...

The belt has also grown on me a LOT I want to hear the sounds it makes but unless the belt just sounds awful I'm pretty confident I need this one

It's very funny to me that for press stuff they're just going "we're copying fortnite!!!" when Kamen Rider did it's first battle royale series literally 15 years before Fortnite came out... Like they could be giving themselves more credit in these press things

- So the "Jamato" (that's definitely...a name for a Kaijin group) start randomly attacking Earth and instead of collectively fighting back they turn it into a game with the prospect of the winning being able to create their own ideal world? It kind of sounds like a more marketable Rider Game. Like, how does this get set up? Did someone create the Jamato to incite a need for this game and get people to participate?

- Also they say "many participants transform into Kamen Riders" so is there going to be a generic design for some of the mobs who are Riders while the main riders get unique designs? I wonder how that works. Is that what the blank forms are for?

- Ukiyo's personality reminds me of Tendo/Sento.

(They mention Ryuki later in the article) I'm sure they're using Fortnite/Apex as setting the standard for what kind of energy it has. Battle Royale it may be, but Ryuki's very much a slow burn, and very much set itself up as a more of a tragedy early on. Not quite the same energy as the flashy and cool action of Fornite/Apex that kids like so much abt it, hence the alternate comparison!

From what it sounds like from the rumor, everyone starts off like Geats' "Platform Form", a mask and black undersuit. It seems only the really good players will be able to obtain the gimmicks to get the armor pieces to make them really distinct.

Tbh with the whole blank form thing I was assuming we'd have a bunch of like generic riders sort of like in Kamen Rider Chronicle, who have like "low rarity" items or smth, while our main cast ha e rarer items that let them have more unique suits
