You can find Ditto's in the pokemon village, i think that's what it's called.

Thanks for the code. I'm kind of new to breeding for IVs. I heard that only the Dittos in friend safari have two perfect IVs, unlike the ones found in the Pokemon Village. If I'm wrong, please let me know.

Yeah the Pokemon on the friend safari have better IV's, probably why my Talonflame is so good.
