It's back, yeah. Apparently it still has pacing issues though hopefully that's only the first episode of the new season

The only reason it's called Ghost in the Shell is because it just rips out all of our favorite scenes from the franchise while having a bare bones story that is so generic and cookie cutter. Well from what I've seen is that they tone down the movie from the source material. Making PG-13 Ghost in the Shell to be more Shonen friendly is a bad idea when the manga and anime are Seinen. I know the series outside the 1995 film is not that violent, but the themes are more darker than a movie for kids & teens can deal with. You don't need nudity or gore to make a R rated movie.

started watching the secend ghost in the shell film so far i im not feeling the second film. it might be the cgi they using but i think it making it look out of place i mean even in 2004 they were still handrewing anime so what include cgi.
