Why haven't we gotten any media exposure for Jessica Drew? She's awesome! I can't be the only one who thinks this... can I?

I started rereading Uncanny Avengers and like everything Rick Remender does this reads great back to back. Its incredible what things he mentions in earlier issues that pay off big time in later ones.

I was a big fan of Jessica Drew in days long gone by. I haven't read anything with her (or comics in general) since the mid-80s though. I watched the cartoon like crazy back then, too. I'd love to see her crop up in other media, though. I imagine she's tied up with the Spider-Man rights these days, though.

So I finally decided to drop Hulk once Gerry Duggan takes over that book in august. i didnt really care for his wirting on Marvel Now Deadpool and his direction for the book is not really something I´m interested in.

Except Marvel Studios has the animation rights to all of their properties, as far as I can tell.

It's a shame--I want to see her goofing around with Captain Marvel and fighting Skrulls with the Avengers.

Jessica Drew is not included in the Spider-Man rights as far as I know. She was never a big Spider-Man supporting character and is much more associated with Hydra and therefore Captain America/Shield/Avengers.

Ah, I was thinking live-action. I don't really watch any animated series these days.

Hrm. I'm almost positive I read somewhere that she was included in the rights Sony picked up. I'll have to track down where I did so.
