That sounds like a cool idea since I did love Fourze's gimmick. My favorite out of the multi-tire gimmick's you suggested would have to be Justice Flare since I am a Pyromaniac.

Type Orange/fruit/whatever kind of bothers me, I think it's due to how close its orange looks to Type speeds red to me, thus it really doesn't seemed like much changed besides throwing a hat and a bit of armor on type speed.

Though the lack of color beneath tire is a nice stylistic touch
Also Gaim Drive arms looks alright I guess the face seems off
