Not really. Even flashy Rider series' like W and OOO had some more mature content. And Gaim is looking to skew even more that direction.

all ages does not mean childish. kamen rider is meant to appeal to kids as well, but it also caters to an older audience. all ages is what i think they have in mind. one piece is enjoyed by all ages too you know.
