Okay, let me rephrase then. I've never seen any sort of side by side comparison highlighting the inaccuracies, and I've never bothered to do it myself. There's nothing so obviously wrong about it that it stands out to me.

I did a google image search for 'cyclone joker' and it seems the majority of the images are either the henshin pose, or the pointing for the catchphrase pose, both of which the Figuarts does quite easily (not that they're complicated poses).

If you mean the CJ finishing kick, I've watched 6 episodes in the last couple of days, and they didn't do that kick once, so I wouldn't call it the most iconic thing W does, personally. And of course it's not going to be able to do that without a ton of extra parts, like the SIC comes with.

I'm not trying to fight here, I just don't know what you mean.

I'm not disagreeing that W could use an update, because it could, and I would buy one if there was. BUT, like with Kabuto before him, I don't find the existing figure to be so bad that I want Bandai working on renewals of figures we have, when NONE of Kiva's regular forms exist yet. Or Saga, which got a prototype and is a main enough character (and a great design) that I think he needs a figure. I have ALL but two of the Kabuto figures, and I rather like them. They're lanky, they have bowlegged issues, but none of that detracts (to me) how good the figures look, and how easy they are to pose and display.

From my perspective, the existing W Figuarts do cut it, and I'd rather get new figures of characters we don't have yet than remakes of stuff we already have.

But if that's just me, fine, I guess you can all be wrong, and I'll stand over here in my corner by myself crying over the lack of Saga and the Checkmate Four and Kiva, Garulu, Baassha, Dogga and DoGaBaKi while you all enjoy the renewals.

The henshin pose is all it can really do, hence why that's what mine is posed doing.

I totally agree, though, that Kabuto didn't need an update. CycloneJoker had sculpting problems and paint/colour problems, and would've been a better renewal example than a Figuart that's inaccuracies were largelt proportion-based, and the design of the suit minimalised any glaring errors. Renewal Kabuto looks amazing, but there's so many figures that deserved updates before, and of course where the fuck are Kiva and Hibiki?

I honestly don't see the problems you do with Figuarts Cyclone Joker.

Looking at it and a picture of the suit itself and I don't see anything inaccurate, accessory-wise he basically comes with everything he needs (Fists since he's a brawler, henshin pose hands, sin-counting hands, etc.), the build and quality of the mold are both solid with the only real issues being the hand-swapping difficulty due to the cuffs and the restricted chest and ab articulation due to the angled design...

I mean if Bandai has plans to slowly update all the main riders with renewal bodies, Cyclone Joker'd be near the bottom of the list.

I personally had no issues with CycloneJoker other sometimes his joints are tight. I doubt he will get a renewal version soon since that they did a re-issue of his figure last year in January (or maybe it was December 2012). If you want a line up of the main riders then he's worth picking up.

I kinda hope he does not get a renewal version soon since I just got Heat/Metal and Luna/Trigger comes in the mail soon. I only need two more W figuarts to complete my W line up.

You guys keep saying he comes with pointing hands when he doesn't. You realise he actually pointed, right, he didn't just stick a splayed hand out?

Also, I don't know how to describe the inaccuracies anymore than I have. The crest is huge, the eyes are undersized and teh wrong shape, and you can't even lie and say the green is the right colour. Or how about the crap finish on the Joker half, or does a reflective glossy foot and matte black helmet not seem kind of glaring?

I will admit of all the renewals so far Black was the one most needed. I saw a comparison of the renewal and original the other day and good lord is the old one hideous looking compared to the new one.

I always wanted it in the Henshin pose anyway, so I guess I never noticed it didn't have a finger pointing hand? Are you sure? It really seems to me like it does, because I have Skull pointing, and it's the same hands, just painted black.

You do realize that if you look at one of the sets of hands he comes with, one set is sculpted with the pointer fingers extended while the other fingers are slightly curled up. That's how CJ has always pointed. So yes, he does come with pointing hands. Otherwise Skull and Joker wouldn't have had them.

Seeing as all of these are issues that you need to look really hard at the figure while also comparing it to a picture of the suit to actually find, that's more nitpicky than a list of outright issues.

Dude not even close. If that's really supposed to be it, that's even worse.

The SIC set of JokerJoker and CycloneCyclone came with the perfect one. I'd go fish them out and post a pic comparing them, but I don't think it's necesary because seriously I can't believe you guys are even trying to say the W Figuart isn't totally off in every important way.

Even if you like it, you should at least be able to tell it's woefully inaccurate. You cna't just keep saying "I think" and "I feel" in the face of facts and pretend like nobody ever should ever want a better version of their favourite rider.

This is true. Black really got it good with the renewal, unlike Kabuto.
