ok ok rewatching Time Force Slowly and well aparart from the parter story that remind us that the main goal is to capture ransik the rest of the episode just feel like the campy MOTW story with no real purpose and it feels like that forgot why they are there and are you standered team of ranger there to protect the town. so what next main plot points feel more on the fact that it so fare are ether the character focus episodes round jen and wes and then the 2 parters and every thing that making time change are the main plot points when mentioened i start to feel like how this was great again to the point where i focus on what the hell just mention to then what happened last ep not reinvent no more.

I watched the first 5 episodes of Super Samurai and something feels off about it compared to Samurai. Oh yeah, and man, I thought the Mega suits were ugly, but my god, the Super Mega suits are even worse. They could just use those costumes as their own mecha if they wanted to due to how bulky they are. Please tell me MegaForce does not do anything like that.

Nah. Megaforce only uses stuff Goseiger uses.

BTW, are Bulk and Spike going to do more than just stand around and pretend to be Samurai? The thing that made Bulk and Skull stand out in the originals is that even though they were comic relief, they actually interacted with the rangers. Here, outside of one scene, they haven't done much of anything outside of each other, making them boring characters. In fact, if it weren't for one of them being Bulk, they would really drag the show down.

They were implimented to much. I loved the nostalgia of having them in the show, but wouldn't it have worked better if they came back for Megaforce?

Well I finished Super Samurai and man, what a waste. Sure, their original suits were clunky looking, especially the Shogun mode, but come on, put them to use!!!

Anyway, honestly, I can't hate the show because I don't hate SHinkenger, and it really was nearly identical. Even the dialog was word for word at times.

I think the biggest let down was the whole Dayuu and Dekker thing. They clearly wanted to go with their original path, but let the Jp footage dictate it, so it came out very underwhelming and felt inconclusive to me. Plus, I hated how they kept talking about Dayuu's music but you never actually ever heard her play it once on screen.

I think my favorite episode of the series is the one where Bulk and Skull land at the dojo to return Mia's wallet because everything with Emily during those scenes were golden. Is it just me though, or did we never get to see Emily and Mike use Shogun mode? Maybe I was distracted, but I don't remember ever seeing them use it.

Overall, Samurai was better than I was anticipating, I just wished they hadn't change the Dayuu/Dekker stuff because their changes went nowhere with the characters' themselves.
