And remember, Agito is not exclusive to the Kamen Rider himself, the power is very much just called Agito. And as we can see in the new promotional material, there are Agitos running around. So like, the title actually makes a lot of sense if Shoichi isn't transforming lol

And also kind of starts to make you wonder about the other Rider Movies that may be real that don't have Kamen Rider in their title.

It would probably take a miracle to get Tendo in the Kabuto movie...

But we shouldn't discount Ryo, whose string of suffering still defines the character of most tertiary riders. Frankly, it's funny that after everything that happened to him on the show, his death off-screen in the anniversary film seems entirely logical and even not the worst outcome.
