The Tamashii Nations toy batches usually go up around the beginning of the month, but every so often lone Figuarts get their own preorder dates (such as Gaim and Baron). To be honest I could see Hibiki getting one like that with the way they're pushing them.

Best way to know is to look at the schedules here. When the figures show up there, it usually means they're going up in the next couple of days. They do release the actual day somewhere, but I don't actually know where

I think most of our comrades are just overreacting to a statement over what appears to be the cancellation of a web page. Granted the translation was a bit clunky, so it's understandable.

That's probably a bit of an overstatement, but your point stands. They aren't insanely popular like Kamen Rider, but they still move a not-inconsiderable amount of product.

I hear Sentai figuarts sell less then Kamen Rider does in Japan. I remember hearing that the Zyuranger figuarts sold better in the US. It won't surprise me if that's true.
