I'm just going to copy and paste this statement I made in last episode's thread.
The way I look at it is Evolto is a being of an unknown age. He's already destroyed Mars, and we don't know how many other planets before that. Who knows how many times he's done this?! So look at it like this, he knows exactly what he's doing, all he's had to do is wait for things to fall in place. He's done this numerous times before, so he kind of does have a bit a slight power to predict the future. It's like a Chess Grand Master, they know almost every single move you can make in the game and can almost predict what moves their opponent can make. I'm kind of glad I didn't get a chance to watch this episode until today because I think I would have been way too oversensitized with how amazing this series has come up to. And it's not the action, although that is a part of it. It's the idealism behind what each character is portraying and how they act upon their beliefs. Just damn good writing this season that makes it feel like they're not selling toys, they're really giving a lesson in morality and mortality. I kind of felt the Hell Bros were outlived as well, but it's much like Gaim's Beat Riders. They're there to fill in as soldiers so there's some sensation that individual lives are affected. I also cannot possibly see how they're going to fill ten to eleven episodes, but even to this point......ooof. Hail Namba.

I'm guessing it's planning for whatever V-Cinema will be released after Build is done.
Yep. And completely correct. Very Gaim like in it's structure, it's that this has all happened before.
