I'd say contact Mandarkes customer service. Unfortunately I wouldn't be sure how exactly they can do anything on their end but at this point there wouldn't be much else you could do I'd say. I order from them alot and I notice that pretty often when I'm typing my addrress in the order form, that autocomplete sometimes fills in the blanks with other things I've commonly typed. Things that are just random words sometimes. Theres always the potential that you may have accidentally put something in wrong initially

So it's sitting in an American customs office? Then you'll want to contact the post office first. Bring something that verifies your order with Mandarake as well as your tracking number and explain the situation to them. Also shoot Mandarake about an email. They're not going to be able to do anything for you in Japan necessarily, but the post office might need them to verify your order and address, or something. Also, doing so is important in case the second-worst thing happens and your package is returned to sender.
The worst, obviously, being your package getting stuck in limbo, but the fact that you have tracking should mean the chances of that happening are low.

I checked the order form and it has my right address and correct zipcode USPS has screwed me before and sent it to the wrong post office but this time they were way off I feel like people who work there can't read. I tried calling the ISC New York office but there is no answer guessing closed I will try back again tomorrow.
It says Addressee Unknown - Your item was returned to the sender on February 12, 2012 because the addressee was not known. Last edited by ssancho; 02-12-2012 at 11:36 PM.. |

It's Sunday, of course they're closed. Early tomorrow is your best bet.

So just got off the phone with US Customs and they said it was shipped back to Japan since Saturday night. So do I email Mandarake and ask them to reship and will they charge me for shipping again?

Yeah, you need to e-mail mandarake and see how to proceed next, just curious, what was in the order?
