In Momotaro's case, the Bike was part of DonZenkai-Oh. It made sense why only he utilised the motorcycle; the other Donbrothers don't have them.

Here, they're all Monarchs, so you'd think they'd have similar vehicles to ride into battle.

Well, I think we can chalk this up to Red priority, as is often the case with Sentai; Red always gets special treatment in some way.

Well, if we factor that, I guess it would've made sense for Tonbo Ohger to have one as well, or somehing; his kingdom is all about tech, if I recall correctly.
