Three of the six I've watched finished 2 Were really great, 1 was good. I highly suggest Chaos Dragon Sekiryuu Seneki and Sky Wizards Academy (It's japanese name is Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei No Kyoukan).

Your Lie in April episode 4
NOPE!! Fuck this show, I'm out. I hate these stories where the Manic Pixie Dream Girl ends up getting the short end of the cosmic stick. |

Finally finished Thriller Bark for One Piece along with the 3 episodes of filler (which for some reason I thought were supposed to lead into Strong World since SW takes place between Thriller Bark and Saobady).

I'm not even bothering to continue it. I have NEVER seen a story where the young innocent with a lust for life who turns out to be not long for this earth survives the story and comes out on top. It's a cheap ploy at shallow drama. I stopped reading Bridge to Teribithia for similar reasons. If you want to kill a character, develop them enough to make us care that they died but not enough to make it feel like a cheap emotional ploy (Mufasa or Bambi's mom), underdevelop them but show the impact of their death through a character who knew them more than us (like the pianist kid's mom in YLiA or Littlefoot's mom) or have them go out in a blaze of glory or a pyre of redemption (Dinobot and Darth Vader).
Make me care, don't put my heart in a vice grip with shallow "FEELZ!!!!" By drawing out an ending you telegraphed. |

Like how they titled Centaur no Nayami (Centaur's Worries) as A Centaur's Life, even though the "Centaur's Worries" part, in english, is like, already part of the Japanese title/logo. It doesn't really make sense. But, they have otherwise done an amazing job on CnN, and it's one of my favorite manga ever, so I guess I can forgive them. I guess what I'm saying is, I have enjoyed Jitsu wa Watashi wa a lot, and that title may be lame as hell, but I'm really looking forward to the manga. I haven't watched the last episode yet though...very fun ride so far, though. |

Yu-gi-oh Arc-V has been delightfully enjoyable since I've given it a chance, and the recent Synchro dimension arc seems to finally be returning to the whole Invasion from Academia plot-line.
