I decided to look around Youtube itself, and managed to find the channel:

interesting thing to note, if you go to the About section, the channel was apparently created Dec 19th 2019, implying that Toei have been toying with this idea for a little while now.

Hmm, I guess they created it and had it under wraps, and just recently after announcing it put a banner to make it official.

Sentai is region locked, Hasbro might have something to do with IDK, B-Fighter and the Metal Heroes shows used for VR Troopers are also not watchable outside Asia.
