After having the Nausicaa box set sitting untouched on my shelf for I don't know how long, finally started reading through it this week. I have read it before, so it's not like I didn't know, but man. This manga is super good.

Still have the last volume to go, and that's when things get freaky. Hoping to wrap it up later this evening.

So I'm at Ocean City at the moment for the week until Sunday. So with little to no Internet, I've been reading some manga.

Ajin: Demi-Human - I only have one more volume to go and it seems like there is only seven volumes released in the US. I would have finish the last few volumes if I was not so busy. I will say that Ajin: Demi-Human is one of my favorite manga of this decade. This manga had me hook from start to finish.

This manga has a really strong story with a great cast of characters and great writing. The art work is fantastic and really captures the dark and gritty feel of the story's atmosphere. I highly recommanded checking out this manga because it does a great job on creating action, mystery, drama and horror in a world filled with interesting characters. I plan to watch the anime when I get home on Netflix. So far, the manga is still on going and I hope the story keeps on going strong. I may to read the newest chapters online as the next volume won't be out until October 2016 in the US.

Twin Star Exorcists - After reading the first volume, this manga is rather boring. I don't find the story and characters that interesting. The artwork is pretty good and that's pretty much it. I just can't get into this manga and it was hard for me to stay awake when reading the first volume. Maybe if I read volume two of the manga, things will get better. So far, this manga has not offer me anything interesting that other supernatural theme manga have not done before like Ushio and Tora, D.Gray-man, Blue Exorcist (or from what I've seen from it) and YYH. Overall, this manga so far is meh.

My Hero Academia - I finish the first three volumes. Very fun and enjoyable series so far. I love the world and characters that exist in this manga. The action and humor are pretty good. Not to mention the art work is pretty solid too. I plan to watch the anime series when I get back home seeing that it's only 13 episodes. So far, I like this manga and I will keep on getting more volumes in my collection. I like Tiger & Bunny and One Punch Man better, but MHA is still pretty good.

Ultraman - I finish volumes 3 and 4. I love this manga and this manga is just too awesome. The story keeps on getting better and the artwork is great. I love the story and characters. I've been a fan of this manga since the first volume that I bought from last year. I really want a anime adaption of this manga. I can see Sunrise or Madhouse making a Ultraman manga anime adaption. Maybe it can work as a late night anime TV series or OVA series. The manga feels like it was made for older fans of the series. So it could work as a anime market to older fans (teens and adults).

When I get home, I will finish the rest of Oniwakamru: The Visitor

Currently reading Star Wars: Republic Commando: True Colors. I will be able to finish it before this weekend since I have around 60 pages of it left, I hope. Trying to decide what Star Wars novel to read next. The choices, for now, are Tales of the Bounty Hunters, The Courtship of Princess Leia, or Darth Bane: Rule of Two.

It's a shame that I have until October for the next Ajin volume in the US. I don't know sites that post chapters as soon as they are posted in Japan since it's a not a Viz manga.

Just finished reading Star Wars: Darth Bane: Rule of Two. It's a pretty solid followup of Darth Bane: Path of Destruction and I am looking forward to reading the third and final book of that particular trilogy, Dynasty of Evil, somewhere down the line since I bought it just last week. But for now, it's onward to the next SW novel, Tales of the Bounty Hunters.

Taking a big break from one manga I started at the beginning of July called Mahou Shojou of the End or Magical Girl Apocalypse in English

Started off good but where I left off it seemed like they were just pulling stuff out their ass. Got curious about it after seeing the cover of volume 2 in Barnes and Nobles and well . . . you can see why it got my attention.

Ah, Mahou Shoujo of the End. I too got curious about it sometime last year. When I caught up it was around chapter 23, don't even know what's happened with it since...it certainly is a weird one. It has some interesting ideas, but it's...very strange and has so much going on that a lot of it really feels like ass-pulls.
