Second it on Trio Of Deep Sins being really great. Though I'd also put the Primitive Dragon Arc to be one of the best beserker arc we've gotten for Rider. Primitive Dragon was really good. Definately my favorite take on an out of control form.(I should probably stop hyping Saber while I still can.)

Nah go for it. If you love Saber don't feel ashamed about it.

Saber had a weak start, a great middle and and okay final third with a great finale. It had a lot of wasted potential but it's a really enjoyable season.

Join in the praise of Trio Of Deep Sins. In a sense, this is the very "adult" look at the show, which is unsuccessfully trying to get in the brutal Showa remakes, slipping into angst and senseless violence. I really hope there are more films like this in the future.
And the Primitive Dragon Arc is beautiful. |

I'm also not very good at explaining why I like things, and I don't want to be repetitive.

While we talk about Saber, can i talk about my opinion on why Falchion is one of the best rider movie character?
Sure this guy originated from a 20 minutes movie, but he manage to move from said movie into the main series almost seamlessly without breaking the pacing, stake or the story beat. Instead it all still remain consistent and he manage to raise the stake even higher while not feeling like he come seemingly at random thanks to Kyoumu being shown through Kento vision. He even get some development in the main series and doesn't overstay his welcome at all, like usually movie rider cameo into the main series are barebone and look obviously shoe horne, but Falchion feel like a main series rider introduce early through movie rather than movie rider migrating into main series. Him being the last seiken user to show up also help. Only thing that feel random is emotional dragon but even then emotional dragon just feel like the usual rider cameo than anything so is pretty easy to swallow. And while we at it, i also want to say Kyoumu is probably the best movie rider item i have ever seen. I know that in my opinion the seiken in general are probably one of the best transformation device to come in rider due to how they're written in the series, but Kyoumu is just a gigachad. This sword show up in a movie, go to the main series seamlessly while also become one of the key item for final form, get use by the characters in main series one even transforming once using it, have one of the best finisher and moment in rider series, then it was use again in the movie as the main antagonist main transformation device and said movie is one of the rider movie that the majority regard as one of the best rider movie too. Seriously i'm really impressed with Falchion and Kyoumu in general that i can't help but praise it, but damn did i create a wall of text lol. |

If Geats was adapted, what would be a good "Henshin call"?
That goes for Revice as well. |

Hey all,
I was a poster on here a really long time ago but kinda fell out of the Toku loop for reasons I don’t really remember. I have been kinda lurking in the shadows, I watched big chunks of Build, Ex-Aid and Zero One, but I never finished any of them. I have also watched a couple of episodes of shows like Ghost, Sabre and Drive but didn’t really vibe with any of them. I guess I realised that half the fun for me is discussing a show, and when you are potentially years behind and watching a show most thought was mediocre and have moved on from, that is less easy to do. Can anyone give me like a watch or skip consensus from like Drive to present? (Does it age me to say the last Rider series I watched start to finish was Gaim?) And maybe like rank the watches in that list? Also, is Geats worth watching given I only have like 15 episodes to watch there to be up to date rather than 40 plus? |

I'd say just give the shows you haven't seen yet a shot. No point in going back to shows you really weren't feeling.

But we?re talking like what, 10 shows, all forty plus episodes? That is insane commitment, especially if some of the shows are bad and people could warn me not to waste my time.
