They likely did the swap because the Phase 2 suit looks blatantly feminine (probably because it was designed as a female monster for its first appearance, sinc eI doubt the show wrote ahead enough to let them know the suit would return, used by a male in two episodes)

For the little brother KJ, how do you all picture in the adaptation from what we've seen of Daiji so far?

I picture KJ as a devoted Christian conflicted between good & evil, right & wrong. When gaining Holy Live or better yet... "Shining Diurne" he starts to feel unbalanced without traces of chaos & darkness in him. Unbalanced. Like he's a heretic in some way.

Sounds similar to Ikki denying his inner evil, but yeah, I agree that could work for the paladin motif, with KJ having to deal with the burden of his oaths and the sin of breaking them.

Seeing the relationship between Sakura & Hana, I can see an LGBTQ+ relationship between Millie & Bianca (I switched name for Lily/Lillian).

Millie as the middle child has been studying in karate/kung fu class, while her big brother Tyrell was going into college as a student & Kamen Rider while his little brother has been joining FENIX.

Tasha was raised by the cult as Lilith to become Phisto's "fianc???" (or she thought). Phisto had her as a sacrifice to be his vessel. But unfortunately he rejects due to her being tainted as a Phase 3 Innemon and due to her close attachment to one of his descendants - Millie.

Wonder how to picture their relationship throughout the show?
