I forgot, yes. On the other hand, Kurayami changed owners too often to make an event out of this.

I knew Yuji became Orga, but didn't know he also became Kaixa. That's neat

In fact, Yuuji has always been the secondary rider of this show, closed in as a kaijin, so in the end he was just allowed to take his rightful place.
To me, the craziest thing about Faiz is that Inoue wrote a manga dedicated to Kusaka. Probably, after reading it, you need to thoroughly wipe your hands with napkins.

Considering Kusaka was the reason I could never finish Faiz in the first place, I definitely know I'd never be able to read through an entire manga about him

Kusaka/Kaixa does have a cult following of his own regardless of how much of a dumpster fire the character is as a person. Personally I think it's the memes and also how Murakami the actor would hype fans up with stuff like Kaixa Day. That said Murakami seems like a wholesome dude, nothing like Kusaka. And his favorite animal is the crayfish. The man loves crayfish so much he made a song about it.

Loved him as Kaixabird in Zyuohger and Isana in Ultraman Mebius.

But going back to Kaixa, it's certainly very interesting how the saving people and fighting monsters Kusaka looks like a rare bastard to the audience, while Yuka with more kills people shown than all the villains of the show combined seems sweet and kind. This is one of the uniqueness of Faiz as a show.

I wish Calibur had a permanent user who can handle the power. Sophia can hardly fight. And Ora would be a suitable candidate as Another Calibur though.

But will Sophia find her resolve as the new Calibur or will Kurayami be passed onto a new swordsman/swordswoman?
