This season celebrates 50 years of Rider history!
a special 50th Anniversary set for the Revice Driver will be released- including a book on the history of Henshin Belts and a unique ViStamp- the Ichigo Grasshopper. https://toy.bandai.co.jp/series/ride.../detail/12100/ |

Oh god. The gimmick uses the magnetic drawing thing as its base.

Hmm, I like the sealing stamp theme. Not sure about the magnetic drawing or how thick the driver looks to be, but I'll likely try to get it.

Yup. With a magnet, you could pretty much draw/write anything you want on it. The possibilities.

Does the magnetic surface reset when the thing rotates back up?

It's interesting, to say the least. Though, I see that the barrel of the Ohinbuster 50 (the Gun-Axe) is, effectively, a ViStamp. I wonder if anything special will happen if someone were to use the ViStamp in the Revice Driver.
Also, the Remix abilities are somewhat interesting. Quote:
If you are talking about the Ohinbuster 50, no. It looks like you need to pump the gun's pump. |

The Megalodon Stamp has been released and we already have teardown videos!
Very, very interesting stuff has been revealed. Not sure if it's a first for Kamen Rider, but instead of RFID chips or rails with notches, it's using infrared sensors to transmit signals between the Driver and Stamps in order to unlock and specify the various forms. Also, if you press the Stamp down fully, it just stamps. If you press the Stamp down halfway, the henshin standby sound plays. There's going to be a ring/lip around the part that you stamp on the Driver so that the henshin standby sound plays every time you do so. Very, very clever stuff! |

I find this gimmick interesting. I've already pre-ordered the Megaladon stamp

The IR sensor might be done to hide the sounds in the driver from people who like to "hack" them and discover new sounds by brute forcing the notches and similar codes.

If I'm not mistaken, the Driver only differentiates between the Stamps by changing light colors. All of the sounds are in the Stamps, so the driver can't really be "hacked".
