They make for a decent midway price point in between the Zord Vehicles (16.99), Deluxe Zord Vehicles (24.99) and Megazords (29.99) but the problem is more of that Bandai completely missed the boat on their compatibility between multiple toy lines. They made these to be compatible with 4" figures, which they are compatible with their own figures and the ones from previous years, but not with the currently released 4" figures since they have restricted poses.
The 5" figures don't fit in them, so you release these toys to be used with 4" figures, yet you change the scale of your entire main figure line to 5" and not make the 4" figure line compatible with them? The other things going for it are what would've made them centerpieces of a system larger than zordbuilder since they 1) have ranger keys on their hands 2) have zordbuilder ports and 3) accept 4" figures into their cockpits. That's one toy that integrates itself to THREE other toy lines, but only effectively does two. The Legendary Megazord one was strong because it had the cannon to be used with the Legendary Megazord but that was more of a novelty thing. The bodies make great zordbuilder pieces also. I'm just more of disappointed in the lack of foresight in the 4" figure issue. The Samurai one still looks badass and I'm curious what the ranger key on the Q Rex one says.

Q-Rex my you-know-what! That's just a repainted Legendary Megazord Zord Armor figure!
