I saw those pics earlier. It's not the bootleg. They are from a Japanese figure collector on Twitter.

I don't think its a common issue, just another matter of QC.

Does anyone have experience with the SHF Cyclone? I've been considering getting it if I do manage to land a pre-order on Seihou Old #1, but in my experience the SHF New Cyclone (that came in a 2-pack with New #1 in 2014), while it looks very nice, has handles that come off way WAY too easily and is just really annoying to try and pose with Ichigo. I'd like to know if this is the same with the original Cyclone released in 2013
