I don't think I -ever- realised how similar in shape Thouser was to Zero-One, that's actually pretty neat for the hero and his evil CEO counterpart.

It's a really nice-looking figure, though I think that Raidriser figure is basically a waste. Not like Thouser himself ever went around putting them on people, and it looks difficult to get much fun out of it since there's no closed keys to put inside on top of being hard to slap onto other figures anyway.

Although i hate Thouser as a character and his redemption arc came nowhere near actually redeeming him for the vast and immeasurable attrocities he committed, the figurr is quite good. The gold and silver color scheme really sells the gaudy and vain nature of Gai quite well. Would have never guessed that he shared so much with rising hoppers' figuarts, ironic considering he is the complete opposite of Aruto.

I'm not sure I've ever been a huge fan of Thouser's design. I don't know what does (or I guess doesn't) do it for me, it's like all the bits coming togther don't quite add up to the sum of their parts. It might be the helmet - it's one of those things that looks fine in motion, but stationary, just looks off. Still, at least the figuart mostly does him justice. Maybe not 1000% the best figure, but the best you can have.

Also if this figure was revealed later we'd have totally gotten a Thousr-dog rathr than a Raidriser, right?
