I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, and I this is probably old news to most people, but it just occurred to me today that Zi-O's name, beyond the whole king of time thing, might be pulling the same "20" shtick that ZO's is, since he's the twentieth Heisei Rider? Like, he really might've been Decade 2 the whole time!
Changing gears real quick, I also learned the other day that according to Arakawa, Juuru's name in Kiramager is actually derived from joule, the unit of energy, which is a bit surprising, if still thematically appropriate. Like, the specific interview that comes from doesn't specifically say it isn't from "jewel" as well though, so I'm going to go ahead and assume it's simply derived from both until further notice.

Yeah the ZI-O being "20" was mentioned in very first .5 episode too.

![]() So it was! I'd chalk my forgetfulness here up to it having been a couple years since the .5 episodes, but strangely enough, I think I remembered basically every gag/bit of trivia in here except this. ![]()

Mitsuru Karahashi has respectfully played a fallen fencer in both Super Sentai and Kamen Rider. For Super Sentai he was Juzo in Shinkenger and in Kamen Rider Saber he was Hayato/Calibur.

So it only took me until we got the higher quality pictures from the Official Rider Zukan but... I only just now realized I've been thinking the Bat Magia's ears were its eyes when it had a tiny bat face all this time.

Two things I just realized about Elemental Dragon:
Elemental can refer to the elements, but it can also refer to something in its most basic form, without anything added or refined (for example, elementary school). So Primitive and Elemental can both refer to something raw and unrefined, Elemental makes it sound more positive than Primitive does, they convey the same meaning but in a different light. And in a way, that's exactly what Touma did to the story of the dragon, he took the same idea and put it in a more positive light! The other thing is just that Touma literally made a book which is also what he does as an author.

I noticed a pattern to the colors of the Zenkaiger's eyes: Those who form ZenkaiOh's left sides have orange eyes, while the right sides have green eyes.
And how they stand in the opening and roll call mirrors their combinations, with Juran and Gaon standing together and Vroon and Magine standing together (and Kaito in the middle separating the two duos), and the left-side member standing to the left of their right-side partner. I just love when toku has that attention to detail to make everything fit together.

Looking at this Super Hero Time Intro Compilation, and it had me wondering
Did Kobayashi write Shinkenger, OOO, Go-Busters almost back-to-back-to-back ? That's some incredible output |

Not to mention the majority of the Den-O movies,; and then Toqger was only two series after Go-Busters. Shinkenger, too, was only a couple series after Den-O. There's also the Returns movies for Go-Busters and Shinkenger, and the OOO portion of OOO x Fourze. It was a pretty insane period for her!
