If I'm doing this wrong or it's breaking the rules then lock or delete thread

I've been looking for a DVD copy of Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills and I managed to find one for sale, but the problem is eBay not letting me complete the purchase due to shipping restrictions on their side and I can't do anything about it even after contacting the seller

If anyone is willing to help and buy the DVD for me then I'll pay back all costs when received
