Either the tsuika or the bangai of the group. Tsuika senshi being the additional warrior, such as Dragon Ranger, Kyoryu Gold, Spider Kumonos, etc. casually called the sixth ranger since in many cases they appear as the sixth hero figure in super sentai. Bangai senshi, or extra warrior, would be heroes such as Ninjaman, Signalman, Kyoryu Cyan, Ohkuwagata Ohger, etc.

I dunno. Could be. Usually, tsuika shows up first, but didn't Kyoryu Cyan appear before Kyoryu Gold?

Yes, which is why I try not to use the term sixth ranger and specify with tsuika and bangai because of instances such as Kyoryuger. It used to make sense because that was the formula, but after Dekamaster and Magimother, who are bangai, things got complicated so the term sixth ranger doesn't make sense unless the tsuika is technically the sixth ranger to appear like Kiramai Silver or Shinken Gold. And when in doubt refer to the Gokai Cellular and its relevant peripherals.

Even if they're not in order, Deka Break does have a big VI on his torso, so he's still representing the number 6 while Master has 100. Personally, I think the weirdest example is Gobusters, which has 2 Sixths on a 5-man team, which I'll admit did take some time for me to accept. Oh well, I guess, as long as most people understand of the spirit of the terminology clearly and can exercise critical thinking, then the semantics are less of a problem.

I've been meaning to comment about this, but I'm here now!

-Pun names for each character centered around car terms.

-Some classic funny Sentai Villain designs and a dinky puppet for the "boss." I can already tell I'm going to enjoy them.

-I still think the mech looks pretty good. Also, we got a robot companion who also look good.

-Sentai Endings with dances are back!

-I'm curious to see how the battles will go, since I'm assuming they'll try to cram in as many high-speed chase scenes like the early episodes in Lupinranger vs Patranger. I haven't seen the trailer from the press conference yet.

All in all, this looks like fun! I'm not expecting it to be better or on par with King-Ohger, but I am looking forward to some shenanigans.
