Just stumbled onto this forum and I find it hard to believe that this doesn't have much posts. Okay, I'm gonna give my two cents on this.

I'll expand on Kamen Rider Goro's concept as an alcohol themed rider.

Primary Rider: Kamen Rider Fermentor (due to the fact that alcohol are fermented drinks)
Collectible device: Shot Bottles (miniature bottles)
Henshin Device: Pub Driver - resembles a miniature bar table, complete with serving taps. By slotting a Shot Bottle onto the Driver's 'Shot Slot', the suit is materialised. The serving taps serve as close combat laser guns that can ward off enemies who attempt to remove the Driver by force. By pressing a knob at the side, the "Over Hang" Rider Kick, a kick similar to Kamen Rider Build RabbitTank Sparkling's bubbly kick, can be carried out.

Forms: (each form is called a 'shot')
-Sake Shot (base form, based on sake cups)
-Beer Shot (defence form, based on a beer barrel)
-Gin Shot (speed form)
-Vodka Shot
-Rum Shot

Upgrade Form:
-Spirit Shot: a form that gives Sake an impressive boost of speed and power. However, the longer this form is used, the more clouded Sake's mind will become, resulting in him becoming 'drunk' with power, hunting on instinct.

Final Form:
-Cocktail Shot: a form that blends all of the forms' power into one.

Kamen Rider Fermentor's Armaments:
-Shot Rifle: a rifle that resembles an alcohol bottle. Shoots out cork-shaped bullets, dealing massive damage. The finisher is dubbed the "(form name) shooting" (e.g. "Sake Shooting, Beer Shooting, etc.)
-Shot Cleaver: a blade resembling a bottle opener. It resembles a bottle opener, with two pieces of metal attached to an edge. However, the Shot Edge can 'unfold' into a longer blade.
-Magnum Glass: A tall wine glass shaped attachment. Attach to the Shot Rifle's barrel to extend range and allow for more powerful attacks. Unlocked with the Spirit Shot

Secondary Rider: Kamen Rider Quor (from 'liquor').
Based on canned alcohol.
Collectible Device: Shot Cups
Henshin Device: Cool Driver - resembles a fridge. By opening the 'door' and inserting a Shot Cup before closing it again, Quor can transform. To initiate the "Over Hang" Rider Kick, the door must be opened and closed again.

Forms:
-Cider Shot (base form)
-Tequila Shot (power form)
-Liquor Shot (final form)

Kamen Rider Quor's Armaments:
-Vending Machine Gun: Kamen Rider Quor's weapon. A machine gun that shoots out projections of beer cans. In exchange for shooting out larger projectiles, it heats up easily. However, this heat is stored and can be dispensed or used as extra energy in finishing attacks.
-Cooling Cleaver: Quor's blade. It can absorb heat, cooling down various substances. Not as effective on hot days. The heat can be used as energy for finishing attacks or transferred onto the Vending Machine Gun via direct contact. It contains a pump handle that allows Quor to initiate the "On the rocks" slash, which will not only produce an energy slash, but send projectiles of ice cubes towards nearby targets to increase damage range.

Villains:
-Soberoids: the grunts. They release a substance that makes nearby people sober. While this may sound good, affected people lose their sense of fun and relaxation, causing them to devote themselves to work, eventually overworking themselves to death if not cured. In other words, these are VERY dangerous grunts.
(Disclaimer: I do not encourage laziness or running away from work)

-Saccharider: Name derived from 'saccharide', another term for sugar. It is a corrupted version of Kamen Rider Fermentor, utilising a suit that is made from Fermentor's; in other words, Fermentor is the prototype version (which has been upgraded) of Saccharider. However, because the suit was stolen before the other Shots were completed, Saccharider cannot change forms. Saccharider has a shoulder-mounted gun that resembles a broken wine bottle.

-Belt: The Shin Driver

-Henshin Pose: He stands still, wearing a grin, his arms crossed in front of him

Forms: Shinigami, Samurai, Akuma, Shogun

Weapons: The Soultana, a katana made from all the negative energy from the Earth, it has the ability to transform into a shotgun

Motorbike: Shin Cycle

Rider Items: Shinigami uses Soul Keys, keys that hold the souls of many.

Finishers: Redemption(The Shingami grabs his enemy in a chokehold, his skull like mouthplate opening and sucks out their soul, only works with enemies that have a soul), Skull Kick(An all round Rider Kick where the Shingami jumps into the air, energy surrounding him and forming into a flame skull where he then performs a sidekick), Hell Shot(Good for area damage from the shotgun), Hell Strike(A strike from the Soultana, good for crowd control)

Allies: Riders from the ARL(All Rider League), Cross(Another Demon Slayer Rider), Diana(Lover and a being called a Watcher)

Kaijin: The Akuma and the Shogun

Story: In the Sengoku Age, there was a Samurai who was kind and wise. He helped everyone who he saw. One day, he met the Shogun of the Graves, a god, who was tired of all the wars and bloodshed, recieving the dead souls of many. He gave the Samurai the Shogun's Touch, which corrupted him. He gave him the powers of Death and Dark Arts. He fought the wars, clashed against humans and killng them all, innocent, poor, evil, kind, all alike without mercy. One day, in the midst of the battlefield, the Samurai stood and looked at the carnage. He had saw his faults, the Shogun saw this and became angered, creating 25 demons he calls the Akuma, demons without souls, based off of human greeds. The gods, seeing the Samurai relieving his sins, bestowed him two gifts, the Shin Driver, a belt containing a powerful armor which gives him super speed, sight, strength, and hearing. They also gave him the Soultana, a blade the Angels keep safe which is made out of all negative energy of the Earth. The Samurai fought back, sealing the Shogun. Thus, to this day, calls himself the Shinigami. Now there are generations of generations of Shinigami, and now to this day, a new Shinigami rises up to take the mantle to stop the Akuma and Shogun once and for all.

It's rough, but here's an idea: The Caveman Rider, Kamen Rider Stone!

Motif: Ancient inventions and discoveries

Transformation devices: Invenstones, small geode-like objects containing knowledge preserved from the lost empire of Mu.

Main Rider: Kamen Rider Stone, a warrior from Mu, awakened (along with the villain and a cache of Invenstones) by an archeological dig. He remembers the evils of the Mu empire and is determined to stop it from being rebuilt. His main form is Stone of Fire!

Second Rider: Kamen Rider Crown, a modern woman descended from Muian royalty. She's targeted by the villains and becomes a Kamen Rider to protect herself and her friends. Her main form is Crown of Blade!

Third Rider: Kamen Rider Motor, a monster created from Stone's bike, he chose to side with his "partner" instead of the villains and eventually gained human and Rider forms. His main form is Motor of Beast!

Villain Rider: Kamen Rider Ruin, a Muian priest awakened alongside Stone, he wants to conquer the modern world to create a new Mu empire. To that end, he seeks out weak-willed people and gives them the tools to create Akumu. When he steps out from the shadows and fights personally, he uses corrupted versions of Invenstones called Disastones, and his main form is Ruin the Flood!

Monsters: Akumu, homonculi created from ordinary objects by a Muian ritual. They obey their creator's orders by any means necessary, even if it means hurting others. What's worse, when created by a normal person, they gradually drain their creator's life force to fuel their evolution into a new Invenstone.
