They explained in an earlier episode that he placed a lock on the data stored in the Proto Gashats that prevented them from reviving those people. To undo it, they needed to take his Master Gashat back, or maybe just destroy it since they tried that without the subject ever coming up. Whatever Masamune did, its express purpose was to deny them the chance of bringing anyone back, so I guess it was just a way for him to make the Gashat disappear while keeping the lock in place. He could only delete Saki's data because he'd already extracted it from the Gashat it was stored in, I doubt he could have deleted anything from them remotely.

Speaking of which, Saki's data was presumably restored thanks to the Reset, though that's only speculation I suppose.

Aggghhh I wanna do some big write-up about how cool this episode was or how great the show is (or make snide, bitter remarks about how Ghost had fewer fake-out deaths than this show) but I'm too busy being sad for any of that! Well I mean I kind of just did the Ghost bit, but still!
Maybe I'll pop back in here later to make a nice, proper post, but fortunately, even if I don't, the good news is Ex-Aid isn't done by a long shot, so I don't have to say goodbye yet. "THE GAME IS FOREVER", indeed.

Seeing in the sub definietaly improve experience at first its kinda weird that emu able to move during pause but now that i think about it chronus ability might be suffer from pallad's sacrifice but still doesn't explain emu's driver breaking punch though..
To me this ending is the normalest ending to me giving a hope for future movie releases and i hope it didn't suck still waiting to true ending movie... Overall i like this series the scene is awesome, the character is all likeable, the rider really don't have much form like other neo-heishei rider IMO which i like and that make the form have more meaning ,even though i acknowledge Lv 3 form is forgoten form. The final arc that somewhat lackluster IMO and yes i still questioning why the heck poppy not transforming often at least marika transform often even though died in the end. I give it 8/10 score its still enjoyable series and make me fan of KR again KR build i am not really that hype because it have to much form already which is remind me of Drive and Ghost and that is kinda terrible because i know it will be forgoten later on the episode |

Ex-Aid is officially my favorite Kamen Rider series now that it has ended. Really great ending to this story. Only one problem though. This is very trivial but during the final fight how was Lazer in Level 2? Also Cronus said they're all in Level 2 but Genm was in Level 0. That's just my OCD and my nitpicking. Still a great ending regardless.

Without spoilers, is the finale worth it?

The show is very good! Not quite the new favorite I was hoping for at one point, but unique, compelling, and absolutely packed full of nonstop plot. The finale itself worked very well for the show, and left me satisfied.
I'm not going to lie though, I'm already whipping myself into a frenzy with Build excitement at this point.
