This week the team try to help Antonio overcome his new found fear of fish (due to the events of last week's episode), and new villain Serrator joins Master Xandred's band of Nighloks in the attempt to flood the Sanzu river.
Sounds like it could be an interesting one this week. Discussion goes here!

I am loving this new season. The acting is better, Antonio did afraid excellently, the Light Zord is just f'n awesome. Though I laughed when he pulled out a coleman lantern. And that Monster that Serrator created was one of the best designs yet. I loved everything about it.

I did enjoy that moment where Mentor shoved a piece of sushi in Antonio's mouth and told him to suck it up, bust aside from that this was just another episode of Super Samurai for me.

Also: I love their following Shinkenger, from what little I know of Shinkenger. Always nice when we get about the same story as the original.

That's more like it - an episode on par with the first episode of Super Samurai. The continuity between the last episode was handled well, and Serrator made a brilliant first appearance. It was a little weird seeing an expressive character like DaiGoYou reduced to a mute, but we'll see where the show takes it.
Pity Bulk and Spike were reduced to being more irrelevant than usual again.

I liked this episode. I don't get all the hate that Samurai is getting. I thought it was rather enjoyable. I don't watch Power Rangers expecting shakespeare. I watch it to see explosions and fighting. That's pretty much it. Steve's acting here was great. I'm loving the american footage. Serrator is a badass.

Best episode of this season for sure. Having not watched Shinkenger yet, I was pretty pumped to see Light Zord in action. It had some genuinely funny parts too.

I thought the acting was superb from everyone in this episode. Serrator really seems dangerous and the blending of footage was great. A good episode.
