The remake of Ninja Gaiden 2 3D seems to be based on the original 360 version and not censored down version. I hated that Stimga 2 removed a lot of blood and gore which makes these games fun in the first place.

Gotta love how USPS went completely to shit overnight last week FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER COUGH COUGH. I've got two inbound packages that got into the distribution center 20 minutes from me on Wednesday and have just stopped moving, stuck in "in transit".

There are no DCs between that one and my post office. SIGH.

I discovered the Haruhi ending dance today and, I'm not gonna lie, this song and dance isn't anything special. I'll admit that it's a really nice and catchy song that I'll definitely want to download, but I don't really see anything in it that stands out? I guess it had a way bigger impact back in the early 2000s but as someone who hasn't had the nostalgia for this and is viewing it in the 2020s, it's just another pop song.

Of course, I might be a bit biased since I just discovered the Lucky Star opening today as well, and that absolute acid trip felt a lot more impactful that this.

Yeah it's kind of one of those things like Goldeneye that changed things overnight but decades later is just Another One Of Those.

Then again I was completely detached from the anime scene from 2006 up until... Uh... Anyway I never with "it". And I can't exactly say that I used to be with it until they changed what "it was and you know how the rest of this goes. I was cursed to miss everything cool and die angry so I've made my peace there.

I remember it being a thing from 2006 to 2008-ish, but yeah, it had its moment of glory and went after K-On became popular. The song was popular during its prime iirc, and Patricia Ja Lee who played Cassie in PRT and PRiS was the protagonist Haruhi while Johnny Yong Bosch was one of the recurring male characters, Itsuki, in the English dub.
