Personally I think Calibur and Espada are the best looking suits in the whole show. They look really great even without the context of the show, so if you're a figure collector whos not into Kamen Rider, they are easier pickups. My friends who don't know anything about Kamen Rider also agree that the Espada suit is gorgeous with the gold and white colors and halo visor helmet.

I might be in the minority, but I didn't think Dragonic Knight was all that good looking (even though historically I love the mid-season upgrade suit).

Narratively, I think Kento had a pretty compelling arc and if you liked him, getting both his suits is a no-brainer. I thought he had the best fighting style too.

Weren’t Horobi and Valkyrie pretty much the same for zero one too?

Maybe it’s just the tertiary rider and villain character demand higher prices on the aftermarket.

Talking of Saber, bunch of new SHFUpgrade stickers -- one set for Genm Musuo and one set for a bunch of Saber figures; many of which don't exist yet!

Yes! They are teasing us with these stickers! They are nice, but that hair is begging for an upgrade. Also I could never trust myself to apply those stickers to the eyes.

Aftermarket prices for Saber Figuarts on Mandarake are going down (yay!) for the most part, with Dragonic Knight, Sabela, Espada and Calibur still being the more expensive ones.

That thing's almost the same figure as base Saber and Blades! Are there Kento simps in the Japanese fandom or something?

So yeah, please help me guys because I'm a bit perplexed as to why Calibur and Espada (mostly Espada) seem to be higher in price on the aftermarket compared to the others.

In addition to what others have said, all of those suits belonged to Kento at some point in the show and his character and actor were very popular in Japan. This, in addition to being great looking suits and some of them representing multiple characters, drove the price up

Again have to wonder why they couldn’t just release him as a third retail figure. It’s especially weird next to Ultra - a series with far less releases - putting out the likes of Tartarus and Astra at retail
