Yeah you do not need to shampoo and conditioner every day. There's not a hard and fast rule really, but you should shampoo when your hair gets dirty by means other than daily natural existence. Like if you worked out and sweated a bunch on a day. Or if you went to the beach and got sand in it. Or used a lot of styling products one day.

Conditioner should not dry out your hair. If it does, you need a new conditioner. You might even need new shampoo.

You can use daily hair oil if your hair is super dry (this is especially good if you live in dry climate areas).

I picked up A Game Of Thrones Digital Edition this month. The game is a lot like Risk. A Feast For Crows and A Dance With Dragons got expansions. The Board Game was already out. I read the books and watched the series on DVD.

Out of curiosity, does conditioning your hair have the same effect? Do I have to stop conditionng my hair every day as well?

Nowadays, I only really wash my hair twice a week, unless it gets dirty outside of that. Otherwise, I just give it a rinsing.
Because I always buy 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner, I was unsure on the effects of using conditioner on your hair every day.

I talked to Hurri Blue and Aba Yellow on Facebook. I told them both I was watching their series on DVD. Deka Yellow was on so I gave her the heads up their series was due for US DVD release soon. And I would be watching.

I explained to Hurri Blue her series was a fave of mine.

Check out what happened with MMPR - RPM on DVD from Shout. I bought all 17 series from them a few years ago.

1.33:1

The 1st 700 episodes got upscaled. That's beyond cool. HD Power Rangers. Nice move Shout Factory. I forgot they had done this till I looked at MMPR. The nice part about this is it will be a seemless transition from RPM - Samurai due to the up scale change Shout made.

they also upscaled the Trans Formers Episodes as well.

I'm thinking 4:3 is the side bar thing. Anything that says 1:33:1 actually is full screen.

I've seen the side bars with my Samurai Jack DVDs. Even on a Blu Ray screen shot that's how it looked.
the 1st set of Sailor Moon also had side bars.

This is also the case with the PS Mini Classic game system I own.

I've watched an episode of Zyu and Oh on Shout and there were the side bars as well.
