Good. Too much media exposure kills brain cells. I mean that figuratively but I wouldn't surprise if it does physically as well.

Toss the orange jumpsuits back in the trash. Black is Back.

Is that a Naruto reference? Or do orange jumpsuits have something to do with Ninja Gaiden? I've only played bits and pieces so I wouldn't know.
Anyways, cool that this is coming out. I've always wanted to get into the series, so maybe this is my sign to do so?

I don't know the details on differences between versions and only made it through a few hours of Sigma 1 but what exactly is the deal with 2 that everyone who played it swears it's like crack? These announcements are making me want to try the game again though, I totally get the doubt for Platinum tbf but that trailer at least, looked real cool so I may be tempted to get that. Can't be worse than everything I hear about 3...

They tried to iron out its flaws with Sigma 2, succeeded in some areas but ultimately failed because they messed with things that didn’t need to be fixed to begin with. So now they wanted to make a definitive game and had the chance to take vanilla NG2 and add the feats Sigma 2 managed to improve. Instead they took Sigma 2 and tried to reverse engineer its shortcomings back into their vanilla NG2-state while keeping the better changes intact. From what I’ve heard that didn’t quite work out. If you never played vanilla NG2 none of this will matter to you. If you did, well, you might still enjoy the updated games. I personally don’t. |

Ninja Gaiden 2 is a flawed game. But it is crazy fun.
