As of 2021, Toei has begun posting official subtitles of all Kamen Rider series on their Youtube channel. To date, they have only ever posted the first two episodes of any series they feature. This may vary by region.

May 2021 Update: Due to Toei sending legal notices to several fansub groups, many sites are pulling their torrent and download links off of their pages. Many groups are still privately active and their work can be found on torrent sites and Discord channels.

*A "scrub" is a redo of an existing fansub script that the scrubber considers to have some kind of notable flaw in translation, video quality, or general aesthetics.

It may also be a guy who thinks he's fly and is also known as a "buster."

You would think that I would eventually delete this terrible joke from 2012 with one of my periodic updates. You would be wrong.

Our side projects are Super-1 (4 episodes) Hibiki retranslation project (2 episodes, on hold for a few more weeks while we get some translation checks)

We also collaborate with other groups, like Hikari-Senshi, Over-Time, Midnight Crew, ShinkenAnon, and anyone else that wants our help! We've helped out with some Shinkenger stuff, the Let's Go Kamen Riders movie, and Kamen Rider Stronger.

I'd have to imagine they will at some point. They did a fantastic job with Black and despite the hate that most have for RX I'd love to see more than the 6 episodes that GUIS did.
