PLEASE NOTE: TokuNation.com is not responsible for sales/trades/deals gone bad and cannot and will not reimburse any users for any deals that go wrong. We are simply providing a forum for members to interact and make deals privately between each other. You buy/sell/trade at your own risk!!!

The following rules are considered REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN BUY/SELL/TRADE and failure to follow them will result in your thread being removed and possibly the user/seller having their access to the forum removed.

Anyone discovered "scamming" other users will have their access to all 2005 Network sites (TokuNation, TFW2005, HissTank, Thundercats, and ToyArk) removed immediately along with being added to a "deadbeat" seller list shared across the forums.

Buy/Sell/Trade Rules

1. You may only have ONE active thread in "For Sale" and in "Wanted
An active thread is defined by activity within the last 30 days. Users found to have multiple threads within 30 days of each other will have all but the oldest thread removed.

2. You may only bump your sales and wanted threads ONCE every 24 hours
You can only "bump" (post in your own thread) once every 24 hours. Users that violate this will have their post deleted. Continued rule-breaking will result in warnings/infractions.

3. NO DISCUSSION in "For Sale" or "Wanted threads
If you have questions about an item, please contact the seller or buyer. It is considered good business for the seller to include images of the items they are selling in their "For Sale" thread.

HOW TO PREVENT SCAMMING

1. Only use PayPal and do NOT use the "Gift" option
You can file a PayPal claim UNLESS you have chosen the option of "Gift". The reason sellers like the "Gift" option is that PayPal does not take a fee out of the transaction, however it removes all protection for the buyer. TokuNation cannot help you if you chose the "Gift" option.

2. Avoid "Trades" at all costs
A popular method of buy/sell/trade is in fact to trade figures for other figures. Unfortunately there is no way to hold another individual accountable if they intend to scam you. TokuNation will attempt to mediate the situation before removing any user for scamming if you contact us.

3. Use the Feedback forum before making a deal
If a member is an active participant in the TokuNation Marketplace, they will have a feedback thread. Check that feedback forum to see if the member you are dealing with has any positive or negative feedback.

TokuNation.com moderators, super moderators, and administrators will do what they can to mediate a situation that has gone awry, however we cannot and do not guarantee a desired resolution for either party. We will remove access for anyone who is found to be scamming other members but that is the extent of our powers. By participating in the Marketplace, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
