About that . . .

That one person whose theory was that the other Rider?s only get one Raise Buckle each was seemingly correct. The Desire Driver has been hacked, and the only unique combination sounds are with Boost (for example ?Boost and Magnum!? or ?Boost and Zombie!?). Nothing ?pairs? with Zombie other than Boost, so it looks like they?re all going to be fighting over Boost until the ones that get further upgrades get those upgrades.

I kinda figured most Riders' default form *would* be just a single high-tier plate rather than two. Buffa in particular doesn't feel incomplete

This lines up with episode one,

With Geats saying he has an ace up his sleeve and showing the Boost buckle. It seems to be the special thing he has an no one else does.

RCF Geats is out, and I feel this is EXTREMELY important to note -- they've abandoned the RKF scale and are back to being 6'!!!

Hm... I really love the changing pattern gimmick on the middle ring, and it would be kind of a let down if none of the other Buckles feature that gimmick.

I would imagine it was easier to design the change gimmick if the figures were much larger than the previous seasons. RKF and Remix were pretty much just clip-on attachments so they could get away with smaller figures. Revolve Change needs all these different pieces to swivel and hinge, I can see that being a headache if the pieces were too small

I'm disappointed that there's no indication that the other entrants get both an upper and lower half. I'm also surprised that Buffa doesn't at least come with a lower half that incorporates Hammer or one of the other weapon Raise Buckles.

I'm curious as to whether any of the Revolve Change figures include a value-add of a set of proper replacement hands and feet, since the gimmick hands and feet look so janky. If they do it, I expect it'll probably be a Premium Bandai item.

In fact, I'm a little surprised there wasn't an initial push toward showing off more of the Revolve Change heroes, since it seems like they're doing something closer to the cross-compatibility of the Gaim figures.

Also, interesting to note that the implication, from what isn't and isn't in the initial wave (except for SoDo, which is always on a quick turnaround), is that Tycoon being the show's functional main character was a writer's room decision rather than baked into the premise from the toy level up.

Is there any info on whether all of the buckles are going to get a DX version? I tried looking around but could only see the SG and GP versions releasing soon. Maybe it doesn't matter since they look pretty much the same as the DX versions, so I'm happy to get either one instead. Though maybe there's some sound or light aspect that I'm not realizing?
