Anyway, I think the yearly cast changes were a nice change of pace. Of course there were characters I liked, but the writers were so intent on never letting the characters grow up, it's not like they had actual stories beyond the Green With Evil saga.

Well now that I am older, I prefer it. But at the same time, doing so never gives the characters the ability to grow, especialy when Disney cut the shows down to 32 episodes. Just as you were finally getting used to the cast (unless it is OO), the show as done and you had a new cast that was back to not knowing anything about acting.

I'd definitely echo the recommendation for Turbo, especially post cast-change. All the bad things people remember about Turbo is before that, when they were still trying to make Zeo, but using the crazy-ass Carranger footage.

The miracle of Turbo is the fact that the new cast gelled together amazingly very quickly. That, and Judd Lynn becoming head writer.
