I love them. I got into it with goseiger and have continued and aim to continue getting them. I usually go for a mixture of paint and stickers, particularly on areas where the detail isn't molded in.
I've fallen into a routine though were i don't seem to buy the last two sets of each series for some reason or another, hopefully Gobuster will change this =) |

i have gokaioh, really wish the src's were just these figures with better materials and paint aps instead of stickers. Better joints would also be nice but aren't necessary I guess. I'd buy every SRC if done that way.
the minipla line is really fantastic either way |

For my kits, I use Mr. Color and Mr. Metal Color lacquer paints, as Bandai kits tend to favor them in terms of color matching. I have to admit that I'm no expert in painting. Here's the true master of Minipla: 映GUN具 Gokaioh Gokai Machine Set 1 Gozyujin Fuuraimaru Custom Nise Gokaioh Kanzen Gokaioh I'm officially not worthy.

I really should bite the bullet and get these, but I had a hard time identifying which ones were them when I initially heard about and wanted to get them. Since then... well, 2011's a strong year for toys, they've been on the wayside. |

Those pics encouraged me to take those awful stickers off my Patstriker's wheels and have a go at painting the rims myself. While it didn't turn out as good as the picture A7 posted, I can't deny that it looks a million times better than the stickers did.
Amazing what a little paint can do.

Wow, nice pics. I'd be interested in getting a few of these, like Gokaioh, but where does one get them for not-crazy-ebay prices?

CS Toys sells them in individual sets, I've seen some decent prices on Mandarake too.
