Alot of Figma have it due to the way their joints are set up, and some other SHFs, like Great Saiyaman from their DBZ line, also let you swap forearms out.

It's in SS scale, at least, but that was hugely disappointing. Currently, I'm not displaying Ankh with the arm at all, pending trying to fix it. The medal accessories are sorta nifty, and I'm utterly delighted that Figuarts is dipping further into human-form figures, but this Ankh release was just too fragile for my liking. (Also, what's with including only the TaToBa and TaJaDor combinations? If people own Ankh, they probably also own OOO TaToBa anyway; those are only really exciting if Figuarts produces an untransformed Eiji and doesn't make the Kuroto Dan mistake of omitting the driver.) Fun gallery, as always! Body-kun has been getting a nice workout in the galleries. |

Nice sculpt and paint job but I don't think it's worth it unless you really like it. Amazon had it on sale for $19 couple of weeks back. Even with that price I'll rather spend it on a marvel legends or black series. I feel like the arm should have been included with the SS human Ankh instead.

Oh that happened to you too, huh...? Mine is at least still hanging on by a thread to the extent it's just able to work, but yeah; was not happy with this!

The third attempt at an arm? Never really watched OOO outside of the movie so I guess Ankh is more popular than I thought. But the 100 cell meddle seem like somebody asked "We got an hand as a forearm, what else can we put in here?". I'm of saying it's a bad idea just my impression about this inclusion, unless a KR Birth is coming soon. But it does look good, the soft goods strips are a nice touch.

Yeah, oof, those cell medals seem like a big waste of plastic. As for the rest of the "figure", looks good. Always loved Ankh's design, even if I haven't watched OOO yet. From what I hear, he sounds like a fun character too

I would absolutely only recommend this to hardcore OOO fans (like moi) and people who just have the cash to throw around. And even then, yeah; bit of a disappointment personally! He could have at least come with more accessories like replacement medals, or extra medal holding hands for TaToBa, or Candroids. The purple-eyed Taka head also would have made more sense in this one than RaToraTah.
