Which Kamen Rider series are you currently watching at the moment? Aside from Fourze, I'm currently going through Kiva and Ryuki and enjoying both. Only on episode 5 of Kiva and episode 11 for Ryuki. Ryuki is a bit dated and feels light on fighting, but has a good story. Kiva's ok but Wataru's not that likable as a character.

I was thinking of starting either Black or Agito after finishing Batman Beyond. I can only watch one show at a time before losing interest.

I'm in the middle of trying to finish watching Kiva now.
Been trying to work my way through it for the better part of a year really. lol. I'm around episode 20 now. I jsut haven't had much interest in it thus far. Between that Fourze and Gokaiger I'd also like to get back through Blade and Kabuto

So, with the exception of the movie, Net Movies and Hyper Battle Video I've finished Kiva. Overall thoughts? A mixed bag, and unfortunately my least favorite rider show. BE WARNED, MINOR SPOILERS IN MY "CONS" DESCRIPTION
Pros: Aesthetics/Designs: I LOVE the Fangire designs and the whole stained glass motif. The Rider suits/designs are also great, my love for Rising Ixa has grown now that I know he basically casts off ala Kabuto. Otoya: I don't really need to explain this one, Otoya's just a great character. Dual Storylines: I felt this helped the pacing of the overall episodes a lot, since Kamen Rider is so bent on always being 2-part episodes this makes it so you don't need to overstretch the plot because you have 2 to work with. Arms Monsters: Rikki(Bassha) and Ramon(Dogga) were criminally underused but I really liked these 3. Jirou's actor was also great, I look forward to seeing him in Hibiki. Kivat: Just a fun little bat-thing. Cons: Character Regression/Assassination: This series took characters I liked (or hated then liked in Nago's case) and then destroyed most of them. Kengo became an asshole, Nago became comedy relief right after I grew to like him, Wataru's regression to being a total shut in really hit me the wrong way, and Mio, ugh. I see what Inoue was trying to do with Mio and Kengo, but they were done better in Kabuto as Hiyori and Yagaruma/KickHopper. Love Triangles/Love driven plots: I'm just not a fan of love triangles and using love to drive the plot forward. YMMV on this one, but I didn't like how a good chunk of the show relied on this, both 2008 and 1986 timelines. Miscommunication: Probably my most hated Inoue trope. So much could be solved in 2 minutes if you just sat down and actually said what you think/feel! Not sure if I'd recommend this series or not, but there are definitely better Rider shows to start with

2 episodes into Ryuki, Shinji just made a contract with the red dragon. Pretty hyped for the 3rd episode, where he fights Kamen Rider Knight.
I can kind of see where this is going, Knight distrusts Shinji because he is a newbie, wants his power, but probably ends up trusting him as Shinji gets better. Anti-hero turned good basically. |

Just finished watching ZX. Pretty awesome. Interested in reading the manga take on ZX in Kamen Rider Spirits, sounds more beast.
