Speaking of Bridan, next week's preview reveals that Tega June wants to marry Tega Sword, and the resulting wedding will bring forth the end of the world!!!

Not only that, it appears that Garyudo will have his own version of the WolfDecalibur50!!!

Interestingly, Ryuga's motivation is something that is more often characteristic of villains than heroes. On the other hand, as was repeatedly mentioned in this episode, the world is not ideal, and sometimes it is downright bad, so one should not confuse the fight for good with protecting the status quo.
Ryuga and Shoko also share the opinion that the world is unsafe. But if the maid sees protection in the rules and status, then Gozyu Tyranno completely devotes himself to faith. Because in faith in Tega Sword and the coming ideal world for him lies true freedom, unattainable now. I wonder if the show plans to teach Ryugu to come to terms with the imperfection of the world or teach him to be happy on the path to the ideal?
Also, Shoko did turn into a berserker, and it turned out to be so serious that Tega Sword himself intervened. Although, perhaps, the unbridled maid was just an excuse, and the real reason: the apocalyptic wedding promised in the announcement. It seems that the plot shake-up will happen sooner than I expected.
Also, I’m not sure how I feel about the tiny living Tega Sword on the altar. On the one hand: if your mecha is a character, you need to open him up and let him talk more often. On the other hand: this is too similar to the previous show, where Boondorio hung out with the crew. Perhaps I will not rush to conclusions and wait for the implementation.

Especially since Hurricanger was pretty much Liveman for the Heisei era kids but with ninjas instead of science.

While many noble villains have committed terrible crimes in pursuit of their ideals, this usually happens when they lose faith in the world and people, so they decide to force matters. We can see how Ryugi's faith is not without reason though, as he seriously took Kinjirou's advice concerning his treatment of Hoeru and clearly understands that his noble goal doesn't make it okay for him to cause suffering to friendly rivals. He admitted to Shouko that the Gozyugers are the people he now trusts to keep him safe, so that he can pursue his goal without worry.

Ryugi seemed pretty happy while decorating the altar. Of course, the legend of Tega Sword creating a utopia without suffering sounds too good to be true, no matter how much faith Ryugi puts in it, so perhaps his salvation lies in the journey rather than the destination. After all, it was that legend that gave him the courage to run away from the place that treated him like a doll and take control of his own life. His faith won't lead him to exactly where he imagines, but it will lead him to where he belongs. Certainly, Tega Sword works in mysterious ways.

Hoeru pointing out how Bousou Redracer is indistinguishable from a No.1 Monster makes me think the similarities between Gozyuger and Bridan go deeper than the surface. If it can happen to a Universe Ranger, then the Gozyugers' wishes might not be safe from corruption either. Like, this could be bad if Sumino finds out about Rikuo's potential involvement with Oto.

I agree that Hurricanger is a blend of ninpo and tech, but if we strictly look at it the academic side of things Hayate style's focus was primarily ninpo whereas Liveman's Science Academia was primarily science (like its name implies) in comparison.
