And: I never understood why exactly Quantum Ranger was in this. His costume was red, alright. But he wasn't a red ranger. He was, if anything, a sixth ranger. But that could just be because I never liked any part of him. Not his zord, not his battlizer (He used rollerblades for crying out loud..), and not the actor who played him. Time Force would've been better, I think, without him. And Forever Red would've been to.

Loved this episode. Can't believe it's been 10 years now.

His involvement was pretty much the only reason I kept watching, considering that the rest of the TF rangers (Sans Jen and Wes) just sat around waiting for the plot to continue... |

PS I'm indifferent to the Quantum Ranger myself. He filled out the series well enough, but does become unimportant by the end (due to TimeFire footage). Last edited by Blade Raider; 05-28-2012 at 10:52 AM.. |

I watched it on the Best ofPower Rangers DVD and all those episodes are multiple part episodes edited down to one episode and i thought may be this episode was that way too. After WildForce came out on Netflix i found out it wasn't. Still all in all I enjoyed it for what it was.

I kind of love how not one of the three separate early drafts give any mention of Rocky.

(Although having Jason and Rocky wouldn't make much sense, but still)

The problem with this episode is a lot of fans over think it. Don't over think it Sentai. They simply wanted 10 Red Rangers for the 10th anniversary. The Quantum Ranger was filling in the gap left by season 2 that had no new Red suit or powers. Yeah Quantum Ranger is technically not a Red Ranger, but neither is the Alien Red Ranger (White was the leader of that group).

Pretty much my thoughts exactly. The non-anniversary crossover of Wild Force significantly better (and is still my favourite PR crossover episode) but for what it was Forever Red was great.
I wouldn't go as far as saying Time Force would be better without him (in fact, he's fantastic in Time Force) but I have to agree about his role in Time Force. Especially since poor Rocky got no-representation whatsoever (Although having Jason and Rocky wouldn't make much sense, but still) |

Rocky would have been there if Jason hadn't. But what power wod you give him with Jason there too? The lame ninja suit?
