I tried my hand at Ultra-Act with Zero, Jean-Bot, and the like. I didn't particularly care for them as I found the hands to be near impossible to switch and overall they felt much cheaper to me than Figuarts. However that Gridman will be bought. In fact I've already ordered it through my job. I have only a passing knowledge of the US adaptation of his show and have no experience with the actual Gridman series. But this figures looks ridiculously glorious, I cannot pass up on it.

Fortunately (sometimes unfortunately) I'm the only employee other than my boss at the comic shop I manage. I can get anything Bluefin distributes in the US at cost. So when I see something like this that looks awesome and I can get it for like 30 bucks, well I'm gonna buy it

I like the look of Gridman, but he's the kind of figure I'll pick up after seeing a few reviews of him. I don't have an attachment to either form of the character to want him desperately.
