The final battle with Mavro was nice, but it's still disappointing that they claimed they were going to use "Every Legendary Ranger" but it was really "every Legendary Ranger that didn't appear alongside a Sentai not named Dairanger". Time Force, RPM and Wild Force were all missing... Haha at "Magi Bolt" getting through the writers too. Also none of those were Battleizers, unlike what they said.

But it's still an improvement. Not a ginormous one, but still an improvement. Mavro should've come down AFTER the Legendary Battle though, not before.

The Extended episode was 100% better. I hope the extended ep is on the Vol 5 super megaforce dvd.

I am guessing either it was another branch of SPD, like earlier team, or they time traveled again to fight. Or the morphing grid created physical embodiments to fight along side.

Fair warning: have seen only pieces of the full extension, but I did see this part. I believe it was a nod to her being a former villain and how being a Ranger is far better than that. And to be honest, when you talk about Karone, you're going to mention Astronema sooner or later. The fact they did it is clearly one of the highlights of the extension itself and shows that Saban and Co. do have intelligence.

Well the branch of Spd thing is certainly possible, SPD is like 11 years away.
