And the hype goes down oof.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E2WbuqdU...pg&name=medium For those not in the know Garage Heroes is a group of indie filmakers who make thier own self made toku shows. Said shows are "mature" by using exessive amounts cursing and sex jokes and boobies. That not even getting to the people working on it and the controversy surronding them to put it lightly. I'm still willing to give the show a chance as this isn't just Garage Heroes and that there more people behind it than thier usual works such as bring produced by Seiji Takaiwa and the main writer is Takao Nakano who's written for Ultraman Ginga-Orb. |
I just found this thing called 'Sugoi Manga OCR' which is a desktop extension that allows you to translate manga raw scans. It uses some kind of built in translator or something to read text boxes and translates stuff. It's not 100% accurate but it's much better than Google Translate and stuff.
There's also Visual Novel OCR to allow translation of visual novels as you play them. So what am I getting at here? Aside from a free promotion for this awesome extension, I realised how much I suck at Windows. I recently got a PC (my first PC BTW) that runs on Windows. Being used to Mac, I had to learn a completely different OS which took some time. So yeah because the extension only works on Windows I had a hard time trying to open this thing. And then it turned out I needed to extract the file instead of opening up the .rar file directly. TL;DR I found a nice manga translation extension and had an absolute headache of a time trying to open it because I know jackfruit about using Windows. |
I think your on the wrong thread man

Well, it has my attention. It doesn't look like anything special, but I like the idea of an indie production...and for an indie production, it looks pretty good.

Was wondering why the helmets/masks looked so shit. Garage Heroes, huh? Well, Journey to the West has basically been done by everything else, so who knows, maybe a henshin hero interpretation might end up being fresh.
|
... huh. Well, having the heroes not in full-body suits is interesting, you don't see that often in toku, although just slapping a mask on color-coded uniforms is kinda the most boring way to do it.
